In 1960, after taking sanyaas, Swamiji went on the journey of Uttaranchaland and several other pilgrimages in North India. After coming back to siwan from the long visit, Swami jee accepted to stay in the wrecked ashram of Daharidasajee in Kalkalha village, Barauli, district Gopalganj at the behest of local people. This ashram was re-constructed and Swamiji also changed the name of this place as Premnagar Ashram.

Followers from Bihar took swamji's cloths and soil of  Prem Dhaam Ashram in a kalash and placed that in Prem Nagar Ashram and established Samadhi Mandir over there.  

Swamiji founded a new ashram known as Prem Dhaam Ashram in 1985 at Alok Nagar, Izzat Nagar, Bareilly, Uttar-Pradesh at the behest of followers of Bareilly and since then he started spending mostof his time there only.

Swamiji embraced “Mahasamadhi” at Abohar, Punjab on 28.08.1993 on “Bhadra Krishna Ekadashi”. His followers gave him “Samadhi” at Prem Dhaam Ashram, Aloknagar, Izzatnagar, Bareily, U.P. Today this grand Samadhi temple stands tall at this place.
